PUBLIC HEARING Curt Young attended the meeting Discussion of construction sequence prior possible upland access coffer dams Final bridge design is not yet done and will not be done until the "concept" is approved Final exact design should be reviewed and approved by NACC prior to construction Abutter's Mr Cornelson concerns re selling of prior access Ms Weisbarn concerns re poor past workmanship and wetlands impacts Don Stanley motioned to close the public hearing and issue a decision in twenty-one days George Reich seconded motion carried LOT 11A BOXFORD STREET DETERMINATION -
