MINUTES
Upon motion bj G Reich and second by P Tariot the Commission
voted unanimously to approve the minutes from April 1 1992
Motion by G Reich and seconded by P Tariot to go into Executive
Session to discuss litigation strategy on Lyons Way
Lot 2 (#292) Salem Street (#242-527) - Extension
Tom Neve represented Mr Olenio to request a one year extension
under the Bylaw Motion by P Tariot and second by R Milliard to
. issue a one year extension under the Bylaw
Lot 30A Stageccach Road (#242-294) - Compliance
Mike Falvey from Central Bank appeared to request a compliance
Motion by P Tariot and second R Milliard to issue a Partial
Compliance for Lot 30A to file #242-294 and #242-236
Tickets for Wetland Violations - Discussion
Upon a motion by P Tariot and second by R Milliard the Commission
voted unanimously to adopt the Lexington format
Mazurenko Farm Agricultural Licenses - Discussion
Discussion of any agricultural use and practices Upon motion by
R Milliard and second by P Tariot the Commission voted
unanimously to adopt the proposed license as amended
Lot 7 Pine Ridge Road 242- - Compliance
Mark Rea builder requested a compliance Upon motion by
P Tariot and second by R Milliard the Commission voted
unanimously to grant a Certificate of Compliance
Lot 64A Haymeadow Road
Discussion of amended order
1 increase bond from $10, 000 to $25 000
2 incorporai-e increased monitoring requirement revised
construction sequence and new plans and documents submitted

Discussion of modification Upon motion by P Tariot and second
by R Milliard the Commission voted unanimously to grant the
modification
Lot 25 Great Pond Road
Upon motion by P Tariot and second by R Milliard the Commission
voted unanimously to grant a one year extension under the Bylaw

Dave Jordan represented the applicant Discussion of pollution
attenuation basins and their maintenance Henry Fink suggested a
12" culvert as opposed to an 8" one
Motion by P Tariot and second by R Milliard to close the Public

Mark Johnson discussed the no-cut/no-build zone

P Tariot stated the tennis court and pool are too close to

voted to close the hearing and issue a decision with in 21 days
Realizing that Lots 16 and 18 are on the same notice P Tariot
moved to reconsider G Reich seconded

Atty. Domenic Scalise represented the applicant. Jack O'Leary
from Gale Associates and a representative from Mobil Oil Corp.
also appeared. C.Schoene questioned run-off and fuel storage
within the buffer zone. P.Tariot asked questions regarding
oil/gas separator. R.Doucette expressed concerns regarding
increased site impacts due to a larger station. The Commission
would like to see the standard contract for maintaining the
oil/gas separator.
John Hicks-Courant from D.E.S. submitted a letter from S.W.E.A.T.
expressing great cocern for the Shawsheen River.
Mr. Hick-Courant suggested the installation of a fence to catch
litter. Discussion of remote fill of the fuel tanks. Applicant
agreed to revise plans to show fuel tanks out of 1001 buffer zone
and indicate fence.
Upon motion by R.Milliard and second by P.Tariot the Commission
voted unanimously to continue to May 13 , 1992 .
Lot 24A, 25A. 26A Forest Street (#242- ) - Notice
Curt Young represented Bill Barrett. P.Tariot questioned common
drive permits, SSDS permits and driveway easement. R. Doucette
questioned flagging and compliances on old crossings. Abutter,
Leon William spoke.
Motion by P.Tariot and second by R.Milliard to close all three
above hearings for Forest Street and issue a decision within 21
days of receipt of requested information.

Motion by G.Reich and second by R.Milliard to continue to 4/15.

Upon motion by G.Reich and second by R.Milliard the Commission
voted unanimously to continue to April 29, 1992 .

voted unanimously to continue to April 29, 1992 .
Motion by P.Tariot and second by G.Reich to adjourn at 12 : 10 A.M.
