Lot 4C Forest street - Notice Mike Rosati represented owner, Flintlock Realty with plans for a single family home and the destruction of the existing single family home. he presented a revised plan. Motion by A.Brewster and seconded by R.Mansour to close and issue a decision within 21 days. Vote 5-1-1, P.Tariot against and G.Reich abstaired. Lot 1 Forest Street Roadway - Notice Hancock Survey presented plans for a short roadway. Discussion of roadway drainage and close proximity of work to wetlands. Abutter Clement had concerns regarding her well. Motion by R.Mansour and seconded by A. Brewster to, continue to 8/5/92 . Lots 1 & 2 Holly Ridge Road - Notice Phil Christiansen and Dave Zaloga presented plans for two single family homes. Motion by P.Tariot and seconded by R.Mansour to close and issue a decision within 21 days. DECISIONS So. Bradford (Gotentry III Motion by G.Reich and seconded by A.Brewster to adopt the decision as amended. The meeting adjourned at 12 : 00 midnight.
