Meeting Minutes
March 21, 2024
Present: Ryan Schruender, Roger Lawson, Lisa Roberts, Laurie Belsito, Michael Lenihan
The meeting was called to order at 6:24 p.m. in the Select Board Meeting Room at Town Hall.
Lisa made a motion to go into Executive Session and Laurie seconded the motion. There was
unanimous consent.
Executive Session entered at 6:26 p.m.
Justin Perrotta Esq., KP Law was present via phone
A mix of staggered, alternating varieties of evergreens following the proposed C3 site plan of
where trees are indicated such as:Eastern Red Cedar (min installed Oft. tall), Arborvitae (min.
installed Oft. tall), Rhododendron (min. installed 2 ft. tall) and Holly (min. installed height 3 ft.),
and if possible Sugar Maple planted to replace the screening of the mature tree currently there.
Plantings offset from edge of driveway allowing for snowplow without damage.
For proposed retaining wall:Natural field stone wall, matched with the current wall to the right
of the driveway instead of modular block originally proposed.
Continued discussion of the settlement offer previously provided by council along with strategy
moving forward pertaining to litigation concerning the 3 Great Pond Road project.
Mike made a motion to close the executive session and Roger seconded the motion at 7:21 p.m.
The motion passed unanimously, and the commission exited executive session at 7:21 p.m.
Approval of meeting minutes from 2/12/24 (* 1/3/24 minutes were previously approved on
1/31/24
Roger made a motion to approve the minutes from February 12th meeting and Mike seconded
the motion.
There was unanimous approval.
Mike made a motion to close the meeting and Laurie seconded the motion.
There was unanimous consent to adjourn at 7.•26 p.m.
