PIC to supply a bodily fluid clean up kit or written cleaning procedure. **RE-INSPECTION** OBSERVED BODILY FLUID CLEAN UP KIT AND WRITTEN CLEANING PROCEDURE AVAILABLE. 2-501 .11-Pf REGULATION: Item 05 Procedures for reponding to vomiting and diarrheal events -- Clean-up of Vomiting and Diarrheal Events Verified 01/31/25 OBSERVATION: Observed raw eggs and raw bacon stored above ready to eat (RTE) foods in the cabinet of the in line refrigerator. Observed raw poultry stored above raw hamburgers in the "Kool It" refrigerator. PIC to ensure raw animal foods are properly stored in equipment to prevent cross contamination. **RE-INSPECTION** OBSERVED RAW ANIMAL FOODS PROPERLY STORED IN EQUIPMENT. 3-302 .11-P REGULATION: Item 15 Food separated and protected -- Packaged and Unpackaged Food-Separation, Packaging, and Segregation Verified 01/31/25 OBSERVATION: Observed walk in refrigerator's ambient thermometer operating below -40OF approximately. Observed temperatures of soups inside walk in refrigerator at 37-38°F. Ambient thermometer appears to not be accurately measuring the ambient temperature. PIC to ensure all ambient thermometers are in good repair. **RE-INSPECTION** OBSERVED WALK IN REFRIGERATOR AMBIENT THERMOMETER IN GOOD REPAIR AND OPERATING AT 40°F. 4-203.12-Pf REGULATION: Item 36 Thermometer provided and accurate -- Temperature Measuring Devices, Ambient Air and Water-Accuracy Repeat OBSERVATION: Observed multiple packaged foods including but not limited to: donuts, muffins, frozen pies and pie crust, cheeses, cranberries, and eggs missing labeling components. PIC to ensure all packaged foods for retail sale include the following components: (1) The common name of the FOOD, or absent a common name, an adequately descriptive identity statement; (2) If made from two or more ingredients, a list of ingredients in descending order of predominance by weight, in-cluding a declaration of artificial color or flavor and chemical preservatives, if contained in the FOOD; (3) An accurate declaration of the quantity of contents; (4) The name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor; **RE-INSPECTION** OBSERVED PACKAGES OF CHEESE, CRANBERRIES, BRUSSELS SPROUTS, AND A FROZEN PIE MISSING LABELING COMPONENTS. PIC TO ENSURE ALL PACKAGED FOODS FOR RETAIL SALE ARE LABELED IN COMPLIANCE. WILL VERIFY AT NEXT ROUTINE. 3-602 .11 REGULATION: Item 37 Food properly labeled : original container -- Food Labels Boston Hill Farm Stand@ Date: 01/31/2025 Page 4 of 4 Date Verified DESCRIPTION OF VIOLATION Fail Code Verified 01/31/25 OBSERVATION: Observed PIC make QAC sanitizer solution in three compartment sink that measured between 0-200 ppm via PICs high level test strips and between 0-100 ppm via inspector's test strips. PIC to routinely monitor sanitizer concentrations with their test strips ensuring QAC sanitizer is maintained between 150-400 ppm. **RE-INSPECTION** OBSERVED QAC SANITIZER IN THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK MEASURE APPROXIMATELY 200-400 PPM VIA PIC'S TEST STRIPS. 4-703.11-P REGULATION: Item 16 Food contact surface; cleaned and sanitized -- Sanitizing Hot Water and Chemical-Methods In Compliance Observed turkey in deli display refrigerator at 40°F; sliced tomatoes in top rail of in line refrigerator at 38°F; gallons of milk in "Master Bilt" refrigerator at 390F; feta cheese in "Kool It" refrigerator at 39°F; Italian wedding soup in walk in refrigerator at 37°F. Closing Violations marked "Verified" have been corrected. Violations not marked "Verified" remain uncorrected. Uncorrected violations are to be corrected immediately. Uncorrected violations may result in additional Re-inspections and fees, fines and or administrative action including possible suspension of permit.
