Reviewed cold holding requirements with PIC. PIC to include statement, "Before placing your order, please inform your server if a person in your party has a food allergy" . PIC to ensure compliant allergen statement is listed on all menus and menu boards. Closing Violations marked "Verified" have been corrected. Violations not marked "Verified" remain uncorrected. Uncorrected violations are to be corrected immediately.
