Call to Order: Chair Brian Roache called the open and joint meeting of the Select Board and the North
Andover Housing Authority to order at 5:02PM in the Select Board Room located at 120 Main Street North
Andover.
Select Board in Attendance: Chair Brian Roache, Janice Phillips, Laura Bates, and David Kres were
present.
Not Present: Clerk Rosemary Smedile
North Andover Housing Authority in Attendance: Stephen Long, Edward Capodilupo and Marsha
Finkelstein were present
Not Present: Chair Tracy Watson and Adam Bagni
Non-Board Members in Attendance: Town Manager Melissa Murphy-Rodrigues and Assistant Town
Manager Laurie Burzlaff were present.
JOINT MEETING between Select Board and the North Andover Housing Authority
Vote to modify appointment of Adam Bagni to Housing Authority Board of Commissioners to serve
until Town Election in March 2026
Mr. Roache explained that on September 23, 2024 for the appointment of Adam Bagni, a clerical error was
made and the wrong term was voted. Mr. Roache stated it is required to correct the term by the same method
of the original appointment.
MOTION: Ms. Phillips motioned to appoint Adam Bagni to the Housing Authority made on September 23,
2024 by Janice Phillips and seconded by Laura Bates, be amended to correct the expiration date of the
appointment to the town election in March 2026. Ms. Bates seconded. Motion approved 7-0.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: Mr. Kres made a MOTION, seconded by Ms. Bates to adjourn the joint Select Board and North
Andover Housing Authority meeting at 5:07PM. Motion approved 7-0.
