RE: Withdrawal of Land Disturbance Application for 72 Great Pond Road
Dear Judy,
Per our discussions and pursuant to the response from the Town's outside review consultant,
we hereby withdraw the Land Disturbance Permit Application which was submitted along with
the subdivision application for this property (72 Great Pond Road, aka "Turkey Hill"), as it has
been mutually determined that the application and permit are not necessary for the
development of this site as proposed.
