Along with that compliance confirmation, we are also requesting release of the bond posted to assure compliance, as well as any remaining funds from the project review fee submitted with the application. Attached are the following documents provided in support of this request: 1. As-built plan of all site improvements. 2. Engineers certification that all work has been completed and is in compliance with the permit conditions. 3. Memo from Fire Department that residential sprinkler systems have been installed and tested for compliance, and that street access and home numbers have been installed to their satisfaction. 4. Memo from DPW that all infrastructure has been installed in compliance with their standards and regulations. 5. As these homes are serviced by both town water and sewer, there are no outstanding Health Department conditions; the individual sewer ejector pump systems have been documented for and inspected and approved by the Plumbing Inspector of the Building Department. 6. Conservation Commission voted to issue a Certificate of Compliance and bond release on 9/25/13. 7. Site photographs. A final As-Built plan has been prepared by Sullivan Engineering Group,LLC dated 10/2/2013,scale 1"=20' and is being submitted with this compliance letter. The North Andover Conservation Commission has issued a Certificate of Compliance for the completed work for#78 Great Pond Road. The subdivision has been completed in substantial compliance with the approved Subdivision Plan and Conditions of Approval. All the work has been completed on-site,excluding the top course of pavement on each driveway surface(driveways have been fully constructed and topped with binder pavement only). All utility work,building Construction,hardscapes,and landscaping features have been completed within the subdivision.All disturbed areas within the subdivision have been filly stabilized by landscaping means. These homes are in compliance with all current fire codes which includes posting of the street numbers on the fi•ont of the structures.
