Lyons, Tolni Clerk Town Office Building, North Andover, Mssaehusetts, Dear Sir: The following petition was heard at a meeting of the Planning Board on Trio,day evening, February 18, 1975, at 8 P,14, in the Fire Station Meeting Room. The folloving members were present and voting: William Chepulio, Chairman; tlilliam N. Salemme, Cleric; Paul. R. Lamprey and John J, Monteiro. Due to the absence of Fritz Ostherr, Vice—Chairman, the hearing was tape recorded in order that he may vote on the matter. Frank C. Colinas, representing SCOTT PROPERTIES$ INC., petitioned for a subdivision of a parcel, of land containing approximately 22 acres situated at Gray and Stiles Streets, subdivided into 18 Lots and to be laloran as "Harold Parker Estates" subdivision. 11r. Gelinas presented plans and profiles to the Board. He stated that all the lots are 1 acre with 150 ft, frontage, and there are no unusual grades in the topography. Pair. Alfred Roush, 169 Gray St. and Mr. Charles Nelson, 31 Oray St. expressed some concern regarding Stales St. and the stone wall near the cul de sac, respectively. `!.'here were no major problems with the development, and there was 110 opposition. At a meeting held on March 3, 1975, Mr. Lamprey made a motion to .APPROVE the subdivision subject to the conditions and requirements of the Town Depts. Mr. Monteiro seconded the motion. P,ir. Osthorr was present and all five members voted unanimously in favor. The conditions are ai, follows$ 1. That the record owners of the subject land forthwith e route and record, a.
