Conservation Conditions of Approval,NACC #341
Pursuant to section 4.4.2 (l3) of the North.Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations, Fabio H.
DeAraujo of Grand Finish Remodeling Inc., filed for a Small.Project Permit on behalf of the
owners, David and J ennifer Constantino, for work proposed at 265 Granville Lane, North Andover.
Work involves in-kind replacement of an existing deck/landing and associated stairs, totalling 173
s.f. Seven new 12" sonotube footings are proposed. Work is within 100-Foot Buffer Zone of a
bank to an intermittent stream. The nearest corner of the existing deck is approximately 52 feet:
from the bank.
During the February, 12, 2025 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission voted
unanimously,to approve this as a Small Project Category "B" "ftz-kind ivplacevienl of kv fully ax stirs

,gaidless of sa.Ze". The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Commission and
any,and (if applicable) all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant. The applicant is
responsible for determining property boundaries.

Plan View of deck with details and dimensions
The following conditions are hereby,mandated:
CONDITIONS:
1. Prior to the start of construction and Building Permit sign off, the applicant shall have an on-site
prc-construction meeting with Conservation.. Staff to ensure project understanding.

2. A post construction site inspection shall be scheduled with the Conservation Department to
verify compliance with this approval.
3. This permit shall expire one year from the date of issuance.
**The ap.12ficatit, homeowner and their contractors are advised that NO other work on the
property is allowed under this permit. The NACC has Jurisdiction over all of the wetlands
and associated 100-Foot buffer zones and 200 Riverftont Area to the Shawshecn River on site
and any work that involves ground disturbance or changing the current conditions in these
areas will require permitting with the NACC. This includes, but are not limited to, house
acldittons,�pools„ atio5, decks, sheds, fences, harden beds, landscaping and bridge
