21 . The developer shall. not remove more than 50 percent of
existing trees within each subdivision lot . This restriction
shall. be binding on the developer and builder of each tot .
Any tree cutting needed beyond this restriction wil_ ]. require
Board approval. . As required by the Tree Warden, lots with
minimal natural tree coverage shall be provided wi.th new tree
plantings. Number and size of trees to be planted shall. be
at the discretion of the Tree Department .
22. The owner/appli.cant/devel.oper shall be aware of tl,(--- fact that
approval of this subdivision under the Board ' s Rules will not
relieve said parties of the responsibility to other property
owners upon whose land may be affected by indirect or direct
development storm water discharge.
23 . The bottom elevation of each foundation shall_ be raised to
eliminate potential water damage to basements . To be noted
on definitive - plans .
24. Lot 13 as shown on Conceptual Lotting Plan dated November 26 ,
1985 shall have a minimum 50 foot lot width back, to dwelling .
25 . Final definitive plans shall show revised road ' layout with
appropriate roadway cross section and profiles prior to
signing definitive . plans .
26 . The sewer pump station details to be approved by Public Works j
and shall be submitted to the Board to ascertain compliance
with these plans prior to any construction .
