Liz Costerisan call meeting to order at 6:10PM.
2. Attendance

3. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes (from January 28, 2025)
Motioned by Ashley Vaillancourt, seconded by Liz Costerisan— unanimously agreed.
4. Review of Scheduled Dates for 2025 Events
Will be presented at Select Board Meeting on Monday, February 24, 2025.

5. Sheep Shearing Festival— Planning Discussion/Action Items
• Judy Nigrelli:
o Reach out to Neil Hamel on contacts for ABC Septic and Antique Tractor
contacts
o Reach out to Jim Fazio about potential for MC'ing event
• Renee Procopio-Melino:
o Reach out J&J Ponies
o Follow-up with NA Senior Center director re: buses as festival shuttles from
NAMS and Franklin
■ Alternative options: MEVA or NRT?
■ Preference is to have two dedicated buses from each shuttle location
(NAMS and Franklin)
o Follow-up with Department of Health on timeline food vendors permit
application
• Ashley Vaillancourt:
o Reach out to Becky Stronck about obtaining NA Festival Committee Facebook
login
• Timra Carlson:
o Will manage submitted vendor applications
o Will author vendor"acceptance letter"to be sent to confirm attendance for the
festival
• Liz Costerisan:
o Follow-up with Lori Berzlaff if any additional paperwork is needed for event
permits
• Items still needing follow-up:
o Coordination of fire department for:
■ Hook up hose to hydrant for animals
■ Inspection of food vendor propane tanks day-of
o Utilities for day-of electricity—can DPW help with this?
■ Per Jeff: We typically use 4 spiders and many extension cords
previously provided by Jeff/Connor; town has only 1 spider
■ Explore spider rentals (i.e., Home Depot?)?
o Website development for committee
o Feasibility for online payments for festival vendors
o Need a committee's own mailbox at townhall
■ Mailbox used previously was shared with Emergency Management

• Storage unit sunsetting—Tabled for discussion for next meeting

• Next meeting will be Tuesday, February 25th at 6PM at the North Andover Senior Center
