*The project will affect three lots, one of which (290 Osgood) is owned by
Douglas L. Ramsden and Sheila C. Ramsden of 290 Osgood Street, North Andover,
telephone: (508) 688--8435. HRPT holds an option to purchase the Ramsden
parcel, which it will exercise if the project is approved. HRPT currently
owns the other lots.

Every application for action by the Board shall be made on a form
approved by the Board. These forms shall be furnished by the
Town Clerk upon request. Any communication purporting to be an
application shall be treated as mere notice of intention to seek
relief until such time as it is made on the official application
form. All information called for by the form shall be furnished
by the applicant in the manner therein prescribed in accordance
with the requirements of Section 8. 3 .
Every application shall be submitted with a list of "Parties in
Interest" which shall include the petitioner, abutters, owners of
land directly opposite on any public or private street or way and
abutters to the abutters within three hundred (300) feet of the
property line all as they appear on the most recent applicable
tax list, notwithstanding that the land of any such owner is
located in another city or town, the Planning Board of the Town -
and the Planning Board of every abutting city or town.

RE: Planning Board Filing
Dear Tom:
Per our conversation this morning, attached please find an application for
Site Plan Review from the Planning Board. I'm also returning your
application for a Modification to the existing Special Permit which was
issued by the Planning Board back in 1992.
When your application is ready, please submit along with the permit
applications a copy of the plans and bring a check, made out to "The Town of
North Andover" for $100 for the filing fee for the Modification and $300
(plus .05 per square foot of the gross floor area) for Site Plan Review,
pertaining to section 8 .3 of the Zoning Bylaw. When all is complete, bring
all materials to the Planning Office, located on the second floor of Town
Hall and give it to the Planning Secretary, Janet.
To reiterate the filing deadline, the completed application must be submitted
by November 10 at 12 ;00 for the December 6 Planning Board Meeting. If you
have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
