I'm also returning your application for a Modification to the existing Special Permit which was issued by the Planning Board back in 1992. When your application is ready, please submit along with the permit applications a copy of the plans and bring a check, made out to "The Town of North Andover" for $100 for the filing fee for the Modification and $300 (plus .05 per square foot of the gross floor area) for Site Plan Review, pertaining to section 8 .3 of the Zoning Bylaw. When all is complete, bring all materials to the Planning Office, located on the second floor of Town Hall and give it to the Planning Secretary, Janet. To reiterate the filing deadline, the completed application must be submitted by November 10 at 12 ;00 for the December 6 Planning Board Meeting.
