AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this Z-S/day of February, 2025, by and between PASEK
SECURITY, a D. H. PACE COMPANY, INC. a corporation located at 1901 E 119TH ST, OLATHE, KS
66061-9502, hereinafter called "VENDOR", and the Town of North Andover, ("TOWN") a
municipal corporation duly established by law and located at 120 Main Street, North Andover,
Essex County, Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The above parties agree that the procurement of Security, Surveillance, Monitoring, and Access
Control Systems from VENDOR will be governed exclusively by the "COMMONWEALTH OF
MASSACHUSETTS — STANDARD CONTRACT FORM" and it is incorporated by reference into this
Agreement, along with its terms and conditions and all terms contained in ITC71. The
Commonwealth's contract and Terms&Conditions shall take precedence over all other language.
This Agreement will commence upon execution and expire on June 30, 2026. The not to exceed
figure for this Agreement is:$30,000. Multi-year Agreements are subject to annual appropriation.
Signatory for the Vendor certifies that they are duly authorized to execute this Agreement on
behalf of the Vendor, and that affix its corporate seal hereto making this Agreement and all of its
terms valid and binding on the Vendor.
