Pursuant to the requirements of paragraph P. of such decision, we hereby covenant and agree to fully par- ticipate in negotiations and related activities necessary to secure a sewer easement through the so-called Kozdras land to allow the future extension of the existing sewer line to the Coventry pumping station.
