Members of the Board:
The undersigned are owners of certain lots lo.cate,d..on North
Cross Road, and we are the applicant in that Modification
of Definitive Subdivision Plan of Frances Estates Sub-
division voted by your Board on September 22, 1988.
Pursuant to the requirements of paragraph P. of
such decision, we hereby covenant and agree to fully par-
ticipate in negotiations and related activities necessary
to secure a sewer easement through the so-called Kozdras
land to allow the future extension of the existing sewer
line to the Coventry pumping station.
