The Conditions of Approval are listed on sheet 2 of the set. We have reviewed the plans for compliance with Conditions b. and c. Based on our review it appears that the plans comply with all of the conditions excepting b. ii. The slopes of the detention basin are identified as 2:1. The reference cited specifies flatter side slopes depending upon the type of soil used, The detail specifies on site soil but does not give the classification of the soil, We appreciate the opportunity to assist the Planning Board on this project and hope that this information is sufficient for your needs.
