North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals
Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing
at the North Andover Town Hall at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA on Tuesday, May 21,
2024 at 7:30 p.m. to all parties interested in the petition of Joshua R. Drolet for property at 236
Johnson Street (Map 097.0, Parcel 0054), North Andover, MA 01845 in the R-3 Zoning
District.
The Applicant is requesting a Special Permit pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws
Section 195-4.2.Q Family Suite. Specifically, Applicant has requested a Family Suite of 640 SF
entirely within the walkout basement of the existing single-family home in the R-3 Zoning District.
Application and supporting materials are available for review at the office of the Zoning
Department located at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA, on Monday, Wednesday, and
Thursday from the hours of 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Tuesday from the hours of 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.,
and Friday from the hours of 8:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
