North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals
Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing
at the North Andover Town Hall at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA on Tuesday, May 21,
2024 at 7:30 p.m. to all parties interested in the petition of Alison Sparks and Kevin Sparks for
property at 325 Johnson Street (Map 97, Parcel 72), North Andover, MA 01845 in the R-3
Zoning District.
The Applicants are requesting a Variance pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws
Section 195-4.19.C(2)(c) Non-Disturbance Buffer Zone within the Watershed Protection District
in the R-3 Zoning District for the purpose of constructing a new garage located in the Non-
Disturbance Zone within the Watershed Protection District. Specifically, Applicants have
requested they be allowed to construct a one and a half story, wood frame, detached garage with a
24footprint.
Application and supporting materials are available for review at the office of the Zoning
Department located at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA, on Monday, Wednesday, and
Thursday from the hours of 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Tuesday from the hours of 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.,
and Friday from the hours of 8:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
