PROJECT
i
On March 17, 2015 the Planning Board approved a Definitive Subdivision plan to relocate an existing
structure to a new position on site, create a proposed way on a separate lot, remove and demolish one
existing structure, construct one new driveway fronting Great Pond Road, install stormwater management
infrastructure and install necessary underground utilities.
A part of the approved Notice of Decision Special Condition eleven(11)requires that, "A development
schedule must be submitted to the Town Planner which schedule shall require the completion of all
drainage irnproven1ents on Lots 37, 38 and 39 including but not limited to those required by the
Watershed Special Permit within two years on the date of this decision."The work would need to be
completed by March 17, 2017.
On December 6, 2016 the Applicant stated that due to contractor issues, financial concerns and the
approaching winter season the project has yet to begin and will not have the drainage improvements
completed by March 17, 2017. Therefore, the Applicant requested a Watershed Special Permit extension.
FINDINGS
On December 6, 2016 the Planning Board approved a Watershed Special Permit extension for six(6)
months. The Board acknowledges that this extension will impact the construction schedule for the
Definitive Subdivision.
In addition, The Board granted the Applicant a six(6)month extension from the expiration date specified
in Special Condition eleven(11)of the Definitive Subdivision Plan permit to coincide with the extension
date of the associated Watershed Special Permit to complete the all drainage improvements.
The proposed changes are deemed to be Insubstantial and do not alter either the intent or the conditions of
the original Definitive Subdivision Plan,
