The land with buildings thereon situated in North Andover, Essex County; Massachusetts being
shown as Parcel"A"on a plan prepared for Ninety-one Really Trust in North Andover, Massachusetts
dated September 113, 1990 by JJB Associates, Inc. which plan is recorded with the Essex North District
Registry of Deeds as Plan No. 11871.
Containing 65,422 square feet of land more or less according to said plan or however otherwise
said premises may be bounded, measured or otherwise described.
