Please accept this letter as confirmation that the nine stone bounds shown on the
di�nitive subdivison plan for Old Center Lane'bave been set in accordance with the plan,
We encountered a problem while setting the bound where Old Center Lane meets
Johnson Street at its southwesterly intersection, The bound was installed in a manner

that was approved by Mr, James-Rand of the Department oublic Works prior to setting
the bound.

Dear Mr. Woods:
Enclosed with this letter are the following documents,
1, As built plans for the above referenced subdivision.
2. Engineers certification.
3. Surveyor's certification.
This letter and the enclosed documents are being submitted to the Planning Board as pant
of a request to release the bonds that are presently being held for completion of the
subdivision. The subdivision is located in the watershed district and has a 5000 dollar
bond associated with that permit as well as an 8000 dollar bond associated with the
subdivision approval.
A request was previously made for release of the bonds in 1999, however several items
remained to be completed as outlined in a letter from the Public Works Department. The
items in the letter that were completed are as follows.
l. The granite marker for house number 146 was replaced.
2. The sewer manhole at the entrance was raised to grade.
3. The slopes around the entrance have been graded and seeded and lawn has been
established.
4. The water curb boxes have been raised.
5. The as built drawing has been modified to include the location ofthe houses, grading
over the entire site, and inclusion of all necessary items.

Dear Sirs:
Please accept this letter as certification that New England Engineering Services has
inspected the above referenced subdivision construction and prepared the required as
built plans. Construction has been completed in accordance with the design plans except
as shown on the as built plans. The drainage structures have been constructed properly
and will work as designed.
