MOTION: To conditionally approve a Preliminary Plan for a subdivision of land
In North Andover called Canterbury Village.
Conditions;
1. Cotuit Street east (at Chi.ckering Road) shall be made one way in .
2. The cul-de-sac at Leyden street will be eliminated and two way access
through Leyden street to Chickering Road will be opened up,

3. The Definitive Plan shall show a barrier and grade separation at by
Cotuit street west. Cotuit street west shall not be opened to ��'��' �j Y
traffic from this subdivision.

4. There shall be No Parking on one side of all streets within this

5. A site plan shall be submitted with the Definitive Plan,
