In all districts except Village Commercial and any Corridor Development District, front setbacks along Route 114 shall be a minimum of 100 feet,Front setbacks shall be 100 feet along 125 in Industrial 1 and 2 Districts;the first 50 feet of front setbacks under this requirement shall be made to provide an effective visual buffer and no parking shall be permitted.Applicant is requesting a front setback of 32.13 Feet. Variance requested of 67.87 feet is needed. C-5 Rear setbacks in Industrial 2 zoning District are 50 feet.Applicant is requesting a rear set back of 44.08.A relief variance of 5.92 feet would be needed. The above review and attached explanation of such is based on the plans and information submitted.
