Testa Legal Notice North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the North Andover Town Hall at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. to all parties interested in the petition of Santos Osorio and Dianna Osorio for property at 395 Massachusetts Avenue (Map 045.A, Parcel 0040), North Andover, MA 01845 in the R-4 Zoning District. The Applicants are requesting a Variance pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws Section 195-7.3 Yards (setbacks) Table 2: Summary of Dimensional Requirements for one rear setback in the R-4 Zoning District for the purpose of constructing a 27' x 19' pergola. Specifically, Applicants have requested a rear setback needing a relief variance of 10.32 feet (the rear setback proposed is 19.68 feet and the rear setback required per Table 2 is 30.0 feet). Application and supporting materials are available for review at the office of the Zoning Department located at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA, on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from the hours of 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Tuesday from the hours of 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m., and Friday from the hours of 8:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. By order of the Board of Appeals Alexandria A.
