under Article 8,Part 3 Site Plan Review and Article 10 Administration Section 195-10.7 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw.
Applicant proposes renovation of existing athletic facilities to include the installation of a multipurpose synthetic turf field,
reconstruction of existing tennis courts,drainage improvements,athletic lighting,and wetland restoration. The site is located within
the Residential 2 zoning district.
Meeting location: Meet at track/upper sports field.
Planning Board Site Visit(No Deliberation). This matter will be discussed at the Planning Board meeting scheduled for
Tuesday,April 1,2025, 120 Main Street,North Andover,MA 01845
