Hi Melissa,
I have finally been able to get everything together for your review, I have provided 2
options for your review;
Option 1
Purchase the Lot at 335 Salem St is a total of$495,227.92 up to October 31, 2024 and each
additional day after would be added at$155.39 per day.
Option 2
See attached property plan with the following information;
(Red) #327 Salem St Easement to remain open for driveway use
(Blue) 2 Granite mailboxes with house number engraved in Granite dividing driveway(I
texted you pictures of similar)
(Green) 4' track along east to west property line to stone wall,Turf stone with grass infilling.
This will provide better access to both properties. #327 Salem St will have a right of way
access to rear of property without any possiblity to damage Drainage field located on #335
Salem St. #335 Salem St will have a 4' easement for its driveway use. Design, Plans, legal
fees and all recorded documents at Registry of Deeds. $15,000.00
If you have any questions or concerns I can meet you on site to review this information.
You will be reasonable to pay your own attorney fees
To review all documents once you agree to move forward.
