4 . In addition , the following information should be submitted when
either a new preliminary or definitive plan is submitted to the
Planning Board :
a ) all easements which are proposed or are already secured shall
be submitted in a written , recordable form to the Planning
Board ;
b ) the actual roadway elevations and utilities as they exist
shall be shown ;
c) where any street crosses a Power Co . easement , power poles
shall be indicated to determine clearance between power lines
and final road grades ;
d ) the safety requirements and/or sight distances where proposed
Road "A" enters Forest Street shall be addressed ,
e ) drainage calculations shall be submitted substantiating the
capacity of all drainage connected to the subdivision ;
f) plans for the design and protection of side slopes for all
roads shall be submitted
