Gelinas & Asoocs. dated JURY 16 , 19 79 The North Andover Planning Board has voted to APPROVE said plan, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the record owners of the subject land forthwith execute and record a "covenant running with the land", or otherwise provide security for the con— struction of ways and. the installation of municipal services within said sub- di.visiont all as provided by G.L. c. 410 S. SI-U. 2. That all such construction and installations shall in all respects conform to the governing rules and regulations of this Board. 3. That, as-required by the North Andover Board of Health in its report to this Board, no building or other structure shall be built or placed upon Lots No. as shown on said Plan without the prior consent of said Board of Health. 4. Other conditions: That as required by the North Andover Board of Health in its report to this Board, individual septic system permits must be obtained from the Board of Health prior to the issuance of a building permit under -the rules and regulations of Title "V" of the State Sanitary Code; 5. That no work shall be done in the subdivision until security in the form of a bond or covenant has been duly recorded and the plane are signed and recorded; 6. That a notice of Intent shall be submitted by the applicant to the Conservation Commission pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 131 ; 11. That a Certificate of Compliance pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 131 from the Conservation Commission shall be required of the applicant prior to the final release of any bond or covenant; 12. Dear Sir: The following petition was heard at a meeting of the Planning Board on Monday evening, September 10, 1979 in the Town Office Meeting Room at 7:30 P4M* The following members were present and voting: William Chepulis, Chairmen; John J. Monteiro, Vioe—Chairman; Joyce A. DiTore; and Michael P. Roberts. Frank C. Gelinas appeared for the applicant, Andrew Circle Realty Trust, stating that this proposal contains 2,000 ft. of roadway characterized by a 1-3f slope; serviced by municipal water; topographical features consist of several high elevations, a brook network that traverses the property from the north to south and pond lot of 6.2 acres in area. The 21 lots proposed contain one lot .which was formally a lot on Laconia Circle. Subdivision located off Ingalls St. and to be known as Ingalls Crossing IS. Letters from the following tom depts. were read and are on file: Highway, Conservation Commission, Board of Health, and Fire Chief. On September 24, 1979 the Board voted unanimously to approve the definitive subdivision, upon motion of Mr. Monteiro and second by Mr. Roberts, subject to the following condi— tions: 1) That the record owners of the subject land forthwith execute and record a "covenant rinuling with the land", or otherwise provide security for the construction of ways and the installation of immicipal services within said subdivision, all as provided by G.
