To install utilities in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Planning Board* the Public Works Departmenty the Highway Surveyor* the Board of Health' and all general as well as zoning by lags of said Town* as are applicable to the installation of utilities within the limits of ways and streets; 2. To complete and construct the streets or ways and other improvements shown thereon in accordance with Soctions Iv and V of the Rules and Regulations of the Planning Board and the approved DEFINITIVE plan* profiles and cross sections of the same. Gelinas & Associates dated October 5 ' 1976 The North Andover Planning Board has voted to APPROVE said plane subject to the following conditions: 1. That the record owners of the subject land forthwith execute and record a "covenant running with the land", or otherwise provide security for the con- struction of ways and the installation of municipal services within said sub- division, all as provided by G.L. c. 419 S. 81-U. 2. That all such construction and installations shall in all respects conform to the governing rules and regulations of this Board. 3. That, as required by the North Andover Board of Health in its report to this Board, no building or other structure shall be built or placed upon Lots No. as shown on said Plan without the prior consent of said Board of Health. 4. Other conditions: Recommendations of Highway Surveyor, Board of Public Works shall be incorporated into these conditions. 5. Change in Item #1 of Highway Surveyor's letter of Nov. 15, 1976 from 301, pipe to 42" R.C. pipe. 6. There shall be a 20 ft. drainage easement for the total length of the brook within the subdivision boundaries. 7. A 15 ft, buffer zone shall run along the rear lot lines of Dots 39 through 49 inclusive. In the event that no appeal shall have been taken from said approval within twenty days from this date, the North Andover Planning Board will forthwith thereafter endorse its formal approval upon said plan. Lyons, Town Clerk Town Office Building North Andover, Ma. 01845 Dear Sir: The following petition S;as heard at a meeting of the Planning Board on Monday evoning, November 15, 1976 at 7:30 P.M. in the Town Office Meeting Room. The following mombers were present and voting: Williat)j Chepulis, Acting Cb ipmpn; John J. Monteiro, Clerk; Paul R. Lamprey and William Salemme. Atty. Victor L. Ha bin represented the petitioners, Greenwood Associates, for a subdivision of a parcel of land contai�i.ng approximately 21 acres and consisting of 38 lots, situated off Chestnut St,, tb be known as"Greenwood nest". Mr. Hatem told the Board that all installations are according to -the requirements of the various boards. Prank Gelinas, the engineer, explained that there are two major changes from the prior plans: the grade of the roadway has been made approximately 8 ft. higher and a 50 ft. easemont was extended to the property line. Discussions were held regarding the buffer strip, Mr. Cyr's requirements, e.�a. No persons were recorded as opposed, but the following asked several questions: Philip Busby, Chestnut St. , Marie Busby, Chestnut St. , Firs. Contarino, Hillside Rd. , and Mrs. Cynthia Goumas, Hillside Rd. At a meeting held on December 13, 19'16, the Subdivision Control Subcommittee made and seconded a motion to APPROVE the subdivision subject to the conditions listed. below.
