At a regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Board,
duly posted, and held on July 21, 1992 the North
Andover Planning board voted unanimously to grant the extension
of the Special Permit issued to Wilmac Realty Trust.
for construction of 17 Single Family Dwellings, Zoning Bylaw, Section 8.5,
Planned Residential Development

This extension is granted pursuant to Massachusetts
General law, Chapter 40A Section 9, and will extend the above
referenced Special Permit for a period of one year. This permit
is now due to expire on July 31, 1993

SPECIAL PERMIT EXTENSION
At a regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Board, duly
posted, and held on June 28, 1994 , the North Andover Planning Board
voted unanimously to grant the extension of the Special Permit
issued to Wilmac Realty Trust, now Pinewood Realty Trust
for the construction of seventeen (17) single family dwellings,
(Zoning Bylaw, Section 8 . 5 Planned Residential Development) .
dated, July 31, 1989, modification dated August 18, 1992 .
This extension is granted pursuant to Massachusetts General
Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9, and will extend the above referenced
Special Permit for a period of ninety (90) days. This permit is
now due to expire on November 16, 1994.

At a regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Board, duly
posted, and held on November 15 , 1994 , the North Andover Planning
Board voted unanimously to grant the extension of the Special
Permit issued to Wilmac Realty Trust on July 31, 1989, modified
on August 18 , 1992 , and extended on June 28 , 1994 for the
construction of seventeen (17) single family dwellings.
This extension is granted pursuant to Massachusetts General Law,
Chapter 40A, Section 9 , and will extend the above referenced
permit for a period of ninety days. This permit will now expire
on February 15, 1995.
