Parcel Y has been re-configured to include the garage located on the Phillips Manse Property. This has been accomplished by including Parcel "Y" as part of the entire area under the P.R.D. by law which results in a 42% open space calculation. 4. After lengthy conversations with your engineer, architect, site manager and representatives of the North Andover Historical Society, the Planning Board has presented the following list of concerns: 1. For your reference, I enclose copies of the executed Certificates . As you may recall, this name was initially proposed for the grantor of the restriction. Apparently, the names were not subsequently corrected on the final Certificates. Could you please have the Board sign the enclosed Certificates of Approval, which contain the correct names of the grantors, at the next regularly scheduled Selectmen' s meeting? Please call me if you cannot or if you should need further information. Also, could you tell me if the Town of North Andover has voted yet at a Town Meeting to accept the 5 . 5 acres open-space area at Phillips Common? If so, when was it or when will it occur? At the time the restriction was signed by the Board, Phillips Common Development Corp was the grantor however, by the time theses restrictions were filed with the Registry of Deeds the grantors names had changed. The grantors of the Preservation Restriction have been changed to Richard Segerstedt, Pamela Segerstedt, Kenneth M. Devoie and Sharon Devoie. The grantor of the Conservation Restriction has been changed to Marie Pitocchelli, Trustee of Phillips Common Realty Trust.
