Chatham Crossing (Name of Trust,Chatham Cross) 20 Chatham Circle 89 West Main Street No. Andover, MA Merrimac, MA 01860 Dear Anthony, We were hired, by Gemini Properties, to take down 10-12 trees 1n the rear of 20 Chatham Circle. On February 26, 2021 we took down the trees. The brush was chipped and the wood was removed and disposed of. All the stumps were ground. The trees taken down were a number of small Spruce trees and a large Maple. The small Spruce trees had been shaded out by the large Maple tree and were dead or dying. These Spruce trees had lost most of their lower branches and were no long acting as a screen. The large Maple tree had extensive decay at Its base and had developed large dead branches at It's top, The tree was determined to be a hazard to people and property.
