WHEREAS, George Blake Adams of North Andover,Massachusetts ("the Decedent") died on
December 31, 2021 having an interest in certain real estate located in North Andover,
Massachusetts as described below; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned Barbara J. Adams with a mailing address of 1634 Salem Street,
North Andover, MA 01845, is the duly appointed and qualified Personal Representative of the
Estate of the Decedent in the Essex Probate and Family Court,Docket No. ES22PO258EA; and
WHEREAS,the Distributee herein,is the"George Blake Adams Living Trust" uldlt dated
June 21, 2000 and restated in its entirety on September 16, 2009, as the Devisee under the Last
Will and Testament of the Decedent. See Trustee Certificate dated this same day and recorded
herewith.
NOW,THEREFORE, the undersigned,in distribution of the estate of George Blake Adams,for
no consideration, hereby distributes to Barbara J. Adams and Robin L. Adams, not
individually,but as Trustees of the "George Blare Adams Living Trust",of 1634 Salem)(
Street,North Andover, MA 01845, in fee simple absolute with quitclaim covenants all of the
decedent`s rights,title and interest in the land in North Andover, Essex County, Massachusetts
being shown as Lots numbered#6, #7 and #8,on plan of land recorded with the Essex North
District Registry of Deeds as Plan No, 7636, less that portion of the aforesaid premises
previously conveyed by George Blake Adams to Andover Construction&Development Corp.
on July 12, 1983 by deed recorded in Essex North District Registry of Deeds, Book 1695, Page
109 shown as parcel (B)on Plan No. 9192 recorded in said Registry of Deeds on the same date.
The land conveyed herewith is subject to a Forest Land Tax Lien dated October 17, 1983
recorded with Essex North District Registry of Deeds, Book 1753, Page 103.
For a more particular description of said Lots#6, ##7 and 48, see flan No.7636, above referred to,
entitled "Definitive Plan of Land of Stonecleave Estates located in North Andover,
Massachusetts, Scale 1"equal 40', dated March 15, 1997 revised June 15, 1977. For a more
particular description of Parcel(B), see Plan No. 9192 referred to above, entitled"Plan of Land
located in North Andover, Massachusetts for Andover Construction&Development CM., Scale
1"=40' dated May 27, 1983, Richard F. Kaminski and Associates,Inc.,Engineers,Architects
and Land Planners and Surveyors, North Andover Office Park, North Andover."Said Parcel (B)
contains according to said plan 15,779 square feet more or less,

and Barbara J. Adams as Tenants in Common,recorded with the Essex North District Registry of
Registry of Deeds in Book 4225, Page 297.
