William Callahan called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
Town Meeting Presentation -W. Callahan spoke about the presentation he gave at the Select Board
Meeting Monday evening. He explained that the Patriots Park group and the Veterans are not aligned
with what the memorial should look like. On the legal side, town counsel's memo came back and said
that it is okay to use CPC funds for the memorial. The Town Manager will get the groups together and
see if they can come up with a design that makes both groups happy. The Select Board asked questions
about the CPC Pilot Program. Otherwise, everything else went well. He will use the same presentation
for the Finance Committee next week.
Closed accounts memo—The first three projects are done; project#1411— Patriots Park zero remaining,
project# 1407 Ridgewood boundary wall has zero remaining, and project 1362— Emergency Generators
for the Housing Authority has a balance of$600, but all work is done.

yes. Unanimous 6-0.
Project# 1381, Gateway Improvements to the Historic Causeway is stalled out. W. Callahan gave a brief
history of the project. The committee would like to investigate the issues rather than close it out at this
time.
W. Callahan spoke about the Housing Authority project from last year for emergency generators. We
approved $75,000 for year one, which would be for the drawings, preparation and bid documents, and
year two they would come back with an estimate and we would approve it. The Director of the Housing
Authority was under the impression that the one application would cover the whole project, but we only
appropriated $75,000. They will need to come back next year for the remaining funds.
W. Callahan will make a quick presentation at town meeting but will have the project details if needed,
