242-715 -Partial COC Request Sunset Rock Rd (James Gnffoni) (Christen &Sergi)
This Order was issued on 11/7/94 for the construction of the roadway, and lots 1, 2, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and
18 This request is for a PCOC on the roadway portion of the Order Conservation has received Asbuilts and
letter from an engineer certifying compliance with the OOC The Bond is a total of$5,000 and no releases
have been issued The final coat of pavement has been completed and the shoulders have been stabilized
PCOC's have been issued for lots 2, 12, 13, and 16 On a motion by Mr Manzi, seconded by Ms Wescott,
the commssion voted unanimously to grant the request of the Partial Certificate of Compliance as drafted
and release$500 00 of the current Bond
242-852-OOC Modification Request Lot A Rea St (William Barrett)
This Order was issued on 3/20/97 for the construction of a house and septic system within the buffer zone to
a BV W and outer riparian zone to mosquito brook The Modification request is for the change of condition
36,which pertains to a conservation restriction on the property The issue is with EOEA and approving the
restriction The applicant wants to change it from a conservation to a deed restriction On a motion by Mr
Manzi, seconded by Mr Mabon,the commission voted unanimously to grant the request of the Modification
of the Order of Conditions as drafted

This NOI is for the reconstruction of a taxiway at the airport The taxiway is going to be 2,100 linear feet and
is being moved further away from the runway (210 to 240) and decreased I width from 50' to 35' This
construction of Taxiway D has work within the 100' Buffer Zone for side slope grading and a turn safety
area The Order of Conditions would be specific on double hay bales during construction and would let the

depicted 85' from the wetland boundary and is mostly in the current driveway location The porch is noted

seconded by Ms Wescott,to close the public hearing and issue a decision within 21 days The vote was
unanimous
