Public Hearings: Notice of Intent(s) RDA's 247 Webster Woods Ln (Michael Newman) (Holmes Pools) This RDA was for the purpose of installation of concrete patio around the pool, grading the yard, and J installing a fence Applicant needs to subnut plans from the surveyor On a motion by Mr Lynch, seconded by Mr Mansour,the commission voted unanimously to continue to 11/14 242-1065 -Boxford St 104D Town of North Andover(Ben Gary) This NOI is for the construction of three athletic fields, gravel driveway, paved entryway, gravel parking lot,fencing, well, water main, irrigation system and leaching basins within the buffer zone a BVW Applicant is waiting for John Chessia's sign off Plans were changed to 2 fields instead of 3 On a motion by Mr Lynch, seconded by Mr Mansour, the commission voted unanimously to continue to 11/14 242-1058 -Lot 13 Nutmeg Lane-map 38 parcel 284 (No Andover Land Corp)(B Osgood,Jr) This NOI is for the demolition of an existing house and construction of a new dwelling within the 100' Buffer Zone to an isolated wetland They are proposing the project as a redevelopment project with a 15' NDZ and a 25' NCZ with a stone wall along their proposed NDZ On a motion by Mr Lynch, seconded by Mr Mansour,the comrrussion voted unanimously to continue to 11/14 242-1084-443 Boston St (John Mongell)(Scott Giles) This NOI is for the replacement of a 12' x 14' deck with an enclosed 12' x 20' deck and add a 10' x 20' deck located within the 50' NBZ On a motion by Mr Lynch, seconded by Mr Mansour,the commission voted unanimously to close the public hearing and issue a decision within 21 days 242-1087 -Lawrence Airport Industrial Park(Epsilon Assoc) This NOI is for an industrial park to be located at the LMA The project consists of essentially a four-lot subdivision for industrial use on 41 acres of land The four lots will be comprised of approximately of y� 316,000 of industrial space This Notice is for a roadway, stormwater management structures,utilities and a 1 1 off-site sewer force main to GLSD The four individual lots will be filed separately for the building construction On a motion by Mr Lynch, seconded by Mr Mansour,the commission voted unanimously to continue to 11/14 242-1095 -Rte 114 Map107A lot 148 (Richard Martel Seven Hills) (MHF Eng) This NOI is for the construction of an office building,parking,drainage and associated appurtenances within the buffer zone to a BVW The building has an odd shape and is one story in one section and two stones in another section The building has been designed to meet the 50' NCZ On a motion by Mr Lynch,seconded by Mr Mansour,the commission voted unanimously to continue to 11/14 242-1098- 131 Cricket Lane(Rex&Eva Pajela) (Mernmack Eng) No review On a motion by Mr Lynch, seconded by Mr Mansour,the commission voted unanimously to continue to 11/14 242-1099-Rte 114 Turnpike St (Mesiti Devel) (Marchionda) This NOI was Buffer zone work related to the razing of the existing ski hill structures and associated appurtenances,construction of detention area,grading of floodplam compensation area, and construction of hiking trail are within DEP&local jurisdiction Construction of buildings 9, 10, & 11,and associated grading and utilities will take place within local jurisdiction On a motion by Mr Lynch, seconded by Mr Mansour,the commission voted unanimously to continue to 11/28 242-1104- 1080 Turnpike St (Michael Putnam) (Hancock Enir) This NOI was for the purpose of the construction of a two-stall detached garage,driveway extension,and retaining wall Applicant will resubnut plans with an extended haybale line On a motion by Mr Lynch, seconded by Mr Mansour, the commission voted 3 in favor one abstain, to close the public hearing and issue a decision within 21 days
