Home My WebLink About2025-04-15 Kittredge School Building Committee Minutes Kittredge School Building Committee Meeting Minutes April 15,2025 Present: Laura Bates, Laurie Burzlaff, Pamela Lathrop, Maureen Sakakeeny, Greg Landry,Steve Foster, Denevan O'Connell, Diana Beckley, Kathleen Colwell, and Eva Hamori, Phil Palumbo and Trey Logie from Colliers Project Leaders,and Jeffry Burchard from Machado Silvetti. Absent: Richard Cushing, Melissa Murphy-Rodrigues and Dave Brown Meeting was called to order by Laura Bates at 4:OOPM in the Select Board Meeting Room at Town Hall. Vote to approve minutes of March 20,2025 Denevan O'Connell made a motion,seconded by Laurie Burzlaff to approve the minutes of March 20,2025. Motion approved 9-0. Review and approval of invoices The monthly invoice for Colliers was received. Denevan O'Connell made a motion,seconded by Eva Hamori to approve the invoice as presented for Colliers Project Leaders. Motion approved 9-0. Budget update Project is on budget. Line item amounts shifted due to payment of bills. Diana Beckley arrived. Schedule update Preferred Schematic Report is due May V. Borings are being done next week.Work on schematic design will happen over the summer with the report due on October 23, 2025. MSBA has two months to approve. Subcommittee meetings will be schedule to discuss HVAC/energy efficiency plans and also educational items. Review and vote on the Preferred Schematic Report submission to the MSBA Jeffry reviewed highlights of the report that was provided to the Committee for review prior to the meeting.The committee had no changes. Denevan O'Connell made a motion,seconded by Maureen Sakakeeny to approve the Preferred Schematic Report submission to the MSBA.Motion approved 10-0. Feasibility Study update The committee confirmed community outreach should happen in the fall. ADJOURNMENT Motion made by Denevan O'Connell,seconded by Eva Hamori, to adjourn the meeting at 4:30PM.
