NELSON Dixedor Town of 12Q Main Street, 01845, BUILDING NOR TH AND OVER (508) 682.6483 CONSERVNrION DIVISION OF HEALTH PLANNING PLANNING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Definitive Subdivision Extension At a regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Board, duly posted, and held on August 17 , 1993 the North Andover Planning Board voted unanimously to grant the extension of the Wagon Wheels Estates Definitive Subdivision Approval issued to t, Merrimack Engineering services for the construction of a 22 lot 0 subdivision located on the easterly side of old Cart Way, dated 0 August 29, 1991.1 This extension will extend the approval of the Wagon Wheels Estates Definitive Subdivision for a period of one year until August 29, 1994. This extension is granted with the following conditions: 1. The owner of the subdivision must construct the roadway rn between Wagon Wheel Estates and Woodland Estates. The ry construction of the roadway will be under the direction of the Department of Public Works. Plans of the roadway must be submitted to the Planning Staff prior to construction on ry the site. The Plans will then be reviewed by the Board as a minor modification to the subdivision plans. 2 . The owner of the subdivision must construct a sidewalk Co within the subdivision the location of which is to be* determined by the Department of Public Works. Plans of the sidewalk. must be submitted to the Plan4ing Staff prior to construction on the site. The Plans wiTl then be reviewed by the Board as a minor modification to the subdivision plans.
