RE: Willows South Complex - Site Plan Review
Dear Charlie:
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the Plann1ng.3Qard's review of
the above referenced site plan. In general the board did not have any problems
with granting the go ahead for issuing building permits. However, we requested
a few days to review the drainage calculations submitted last night at the.
meeting. Therefore, we ask you to hold off on issuing occupancy permits until
that time (which I am sure Mr. Grasso will not be' needing them for some time) .
l will get back to you on this matter by weeks end.
, Sincerely,
Karen H, Pomroy-Nelson

Re : Willows Professional Park South Complex
T have reviewed the site plan for the proposed South Complex
at the Willows industrial Park and have the following comments :
1 . The developer should contact the Fire Chief prior to
developing sprinkler design plans . Buildings must comply
with Mass . General Law Chapter 148 Sec. 26G Installation
of Automatic.
2 . The 2" water line shown on the plan would be inadequate
to supply water for fire protection needs .
8 . An access to the "courtyard", created by the four buildings,
for Fire Department access should be created and maintained
in a serviceable condition throughout the year .

Dear Mr. Grasso,
I am writing concerning the Willow Professional Park South
Complex. During the construction of these buildings, the
fire hydrant on the corner of Flagship Drive and Willow Street
was disabled by an accident.
In addition, a hydrant was to be placed within the complex for
fire protection. At the present time, these hydrants have not
been replaced.
I have discussed this with Mr. Joseph Borgesi. and Mr. Hmurciak
of the Public Works Department, who informed me that they had
discussed this matter with you and that you were to replace these
hydrants .
I also have discussed this matter with Mr. Charles Faster, the
Building Inspector, and have informed him that without these
hydrants there is no water supply for fire protection.
Unless this situation is corrected, it would be unwise of the
town to issue occupancy permits for these buildings.
Please contact me if you have any questions concerning this matter ,
Respectfully,
William V. Dolan, Fire Chief
