6:03 Open meeting: 1st J. Lafond; 2nd T. True unanimous; unanimous
6:04 Open hearing, certificate to alter 93 Elm St.; J. Lafond 1st; T. True 2nd; unanimous
Collin:
Will remove gutter system and replace with 6" gutter system.
Facia will be replaced with 12" PVC Azek
Will replace existing painted wood facia and soffit materials around the perimeter of the building
with PVC Azek trim board with no change to the dimensions or architectural features.
The corbils are not rotted out so he is not intending to replace.
For the lead compliance, he will evaluate the condition of the siding.
He expects that 10% of the siding will have to be replaced and will match. They will route the
edges to make it conform. This is the original siding. He expects this will give more longevity.
Erik: roof is about 5 years old, some slate and mostly asphalt.
They are dealing with leaking and this is to prevent the water from infiltrating.
Erik: renovated all of the apartments, don't want to work on windows at this time.
No substantial questions or concerns came from the board.
They will have another hearing for the painting.
