Planning Board Meeting 7/1.9/9
Dear Nor'# Quinn,
The Planning Board voted to modify the Coventry Estates

recorded as Plan No. 10883 and registered Plan No. 9 3- .
The waiver is based upon a donation to the pedestrian safety
fund o $41, 500 to he paid within 30 days of the filing of the
decision, I will draft the modification and file it with the
Town Clerk's office by the end of this week.

Re: Modification of Definitive Subdivision Plan
"Coventry Estates Phase I'
Dear Kathleen
First City Development Corp. , through its representative Scott
Osborne, has met with Mr. George Perna in connection with the
sidewalks in the above subdivision. As was stated at your last
meeting, First City Development Corp. will cooperate with the
Planning Board in an attempt to accommodate any decision the Board
wishes to make regarding the installation of sidewalks in Coventry
Estates.
In that connection and as a result of the meeting with Mir.
Perna, it has been determined that the cost o installation of the
sidewalks would average $10. 00 per foot. The estimate we have o
the length of the sidewalks required is 4 , 150 feet. if the
Planning Board determines not to go forward with the installation
of sidewalks at this time, First City Development Corp. will pace
in the "Sidewalk Escrow Fund" the sum of $411500. 00. Before making
this deposit, we would require a proffer recordable release o
conditions, removing the responsibility for the installation o
sidewalks from First City Development Corp and its successors and
assigns. If the Board decides to leave things as they are, we
would immediately begin the 'installation of the sidewalks.
Whichever decision the Board opts to pursue, 1 would ask that
it be decided as quickly as possible so that First City Development
Corp, may proceed with its work in the subdivision.
