12. The applicant has not oomplied with the 'Tree Department's
recomenda ion to preserve existing trees and to bond for new planting, '

in the Subdivision Rules and Regulations. A detailed request for
waiver has not been submitted which justifies to the satisfaction o

The 'submittal of a Definitive Plan shall not be considored yomplete with' Out
the following information* Once accepted as complete, -the Definitive Plan
