Dear Scott:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation of even date,
please accept this letter as our request that the public
hearing scheduled for September er 14, 1987 be opened and
continued for a two 2 week period of time. We are advised by
the Conservation Commission that there may he some issues in
their jurisdiction which reed resolution before your Board can
proper.y address the definitive plan. Accordingly, the
concensus of opinion is that the continuance is appropriate.
Additionally, you are hereby authorized to exceed the
statutory periods of time in which the Planning Board is
required to act without prejudice to the municipality' s

position in doing so.
