The North Andover Conservation Commission has received a copy
of your letter dated Iarch 8, 1.989 on the Water Quality Certification
for this project. Please note that the NACC approved this project with
a Condition that less than 12,600 square feet of wetland resource area
be altered. We trust your letter' s reference to 25,200 square feet
of wetland is to the size of the replacement area. In fact both of
these may be reduced as the final desig;i of the brook crossing is re-
fined,

Enclosed is the schematic design plan of the condominium
project .
2 . Enclosed are the site plans (Sheet Nos. 6 & that were
the basis for the 22 single family units as submitted under
the previously submitted single family subdivision. Section

is proposing 25 units , 22 townhouses and 3 cluster lots .

transferred to the State Forest in accordance with Page 4,

Board of Health. Compliance with the 100 foot no cut line
can be accomplished with minor changes in leaching field

units through implementation of periodic inspections and �.

at the intersection to prevent autos from taking a wide left
turn when approaching the townhouses in the southern portion

We feel that these measures should insure smooth traffic flow
through this intersection.
