The Planning Board makes the following findings regarding this Special Permit Modification as required by sections 8 . 5, 10. 3 and . 1 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw: A. The specific site is an appropriate location for such use, structure or condition; B. Appropriate signs shall be placed on Barker stre.8t rt informing motorists the intersection. o A "STOP" sign shall be placed as the proposed roadway exits onto Barker Street. 2. There shall be no burying or dumping of construction material on the site. Also,, there shall be no burying of tree stumps in the Watershed District, 139 All, lighting for this project sha .l be reviewed by the Planning Board. The public access easement shown on the plans shall be adequately marled with wood pokes starting at its barker street entrance. Prior to the sale or development of the pro ect, the applicant shall adhere to the requirements of M.G.L. Chapter 61A. .
