Dear Ms. Colwell:
Cofer & Colantonio, Inc, has performed additional review for the above referenced
project. Specifically we have reviewed the response letter of Christiansen& Sergi, Inc.
dated October 1 o, 1996 and support material provided with this correspondence* We
understand that the Planning Board has closed the Public Dearing on the project and
issued conditions regarding issues to be addressed prior to endorsement, It appears that
most of the issues raised have either been addressed by the Applicant or accepted by the
PlanningBoard.. We recommend that the infiltration system be inspected during
construction and our comment# 16. be addressed during construction. We also
recommend that the detention basin construction be observed and break out o
groundwater, if any, be addressed during construction. The Planning Board should
review the lot plans to confirm that the proposed lot designs are consistent with the
approved definitive plans relative to lot development.
We appreciate the opportunity to assist the Planning Board on this project and hope that
this information 'is sufficient for your needs. If you have any questions please do not

Dear Heidi,
01845 1 am writing to request a bearing before the board at the next
available meeting. My purpose is to request a modification to the
conditional approval issued by the Definitive Planning Board on the
a 4 wlndkist Farm Subdivision. The original plan approved on November
ber
19, 1996 had required a sidewalk on the easterly side of wirrdl ist Farm
Road. My problem is this. All the lots on that side of the road had

upon completion of the septic system testing it was found that the soils in
the rear of the lots would not support the required systems, If it was

required septic systems. At this point the designs were completed and
construction is near completion on all lots.Now that we are read} to

condition requiring sidewalks on the easterly side of wrndl rst Farm

b o At this time we would ask the board to consider removing the
sidewalk as a requirement and allowing wi dl.i t Farms LLC to donate
an equal amount of money to the sidewalk fund to be used in areas of
town where sidewalks are a necessity.

Dear Sir:
I am writing in response to a Notice of a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 7, 1999 at 7:3
#-M.� the purpose of which is to decide whether or not to elate the sidewalk on the left hand
side o in&st Farm Road. As Treasurer and Barn Manager of W dust Equestrian Centre,
Inc., I believe that a sidewalk should be built. Due to the amount of both horse and automobile
traffic to and from the b ar , I feet that a sidewafk is essential to the safety of pedestrians on the
street.
