The slope is now stable and will return to goods over time. Hemlocks or other similar species may need to be planted in the future if determined necessary by the Planning Board as the Wearing did encroach upon theno-cut line. Mr. William Barrett, the developer, believes street trees are not required because they are not shown on the approved subdivision plan. This Division has not changed its position. We strongly believe that street trees should be installed in the subdivision. They are required under the Planning Board's Rules and Regulations and are part o the subdivision bond.
