I have reviewed the plans and have the following recommend-
i
1 . Fire hydrants are to be installed at 5001 intervals,
2. Lot numbers to be posted during construction.
3. No open burning is to be permitted except during open burning
season under fire department regulations.
. All builders must comply with the fire department' under-
9 round fuel storage regulations. In accordance with the
Order of Conditions of the Conservation Commission item 3
no permits for underground fuel storage will be issued for
lots 6, 10 . and 11.
. Permanent house numbers shall he posted on dwellings prior
o occupancy.
. Prior to taking occupancy, the subdivision streets shall
provide adequate access to each residence by having had the
binder coat applied.
. As a ratter of public safety and in the best interest of the
future residents of the subdivision all dwellings should
have a residential pri l.er system installed in accordance
with NFP . 13D and North Andover Fire Department requirements.

RE; Request for Comment- Brook Farm( Christian Way Extension)
The concerns of the Co4servation Commission are as follows:
1. Construction of a detention pond within the buffer zone of a wetland
2. The shape and location of the detention pond.
3. The construction of a roadway and associated grading possibly within
the buffer zone of a wetland.
My comments are as follows:
1. The proposed detention pond is consistent with the Conservation Commission's
policy regarding post development drainage accomodations
2. The Conservation Ummission would recommend that the location and shape
of the detention pond be changed.
3. The issue of jurisdiction of raodway construction and associated grading
would be clarified by a more definitive delineation of the wetland boundary.
