.. A request for determination has not been filed with the North Andover
Conservation Cor fission per Section 310 CMR 10. 7 4 b under Chapter
131 - wetlands Protection Act,, and the Local. wetlands bylaws and the
definitive plans have not delineated the edge of the bordering
vegetated wetlands,
. The Highway Surveyor's recommendations were not taken into account as
follows:
Cross section shall be submitted with plans.
The curvature of the proposed roadway must be within subdivision
rules and regulations. The proposed curvature may make it difficult
to maintain.
Slope granite curbing shall be placed on areas with excess o
grade.
Manholes at stations 4 and o and at end of cul de sac are not
required,
- Cutter from road into cul, de sac is to be maintained and two catch
basins are to be placed at the end of the cul de sac as to accept
street drainage and cul de sac drainage. Cud. de. sac should be
constructed with road crown ruming through and edges being raised to
